Leadership communities built for Latinas need a brand that feels powerful, inclusive, and culturally rooted. This full brand design and Showit website project for Latina Voices Institute focused on creating a bold platform for connection, leadership, and collective impact.
The Challenge
Latina Voices Institute was launching from scratch with a clear mission: connect and uplift Latinas in Texas and beyond. The brand needed to avoid predictable visuals often seen in women-led communities and instead feel modern, confident, and expansive. It also had to scale supporting events, chapters, and engagement across multiple cities while remaining cohesive and recognizable.
The Hola Luz Approach
Fresh and community-driven. We designed a full brand system using an unexpected color palette, custom illustrations, and brand patterns that celebrate culture, leadership, and visibility without relying on clichés. The Showit website and blog were built to support storytelling, events, and ongoing engagement, while brand assets extended seamlessly into merch, flyers, and social media. The result is a recognizable, scalable brand that has supported expansion across 10+ cities and connected with over 1,000 Latinas in person in 2025,building momentum, visibility, and lasting community.
